Dreamtime Getaways was founded by Jordan Iverson, a home designer, builder and creative. Born and raised in Eugene, his background as an HGTV professional and multiple Houzz award winner shows in the finishes, furniture, colors and decor of every stay.
Some of these homes have been in the family for decades. Jordan’s grandfather helped build the McKenzie River cabin, and it’s where his dad taught him to fish. His dad built the Sunriver home. Jordan designed and built the Wi-LO loft himself, and reimagined a 1910 brick building into The 505 and a roadside motel into The Local.
Each place has its own personality, but they all share the same idea: a great location near the best of the area, whether that’s the river, the mountains, the coast or campus, with everything you need already there.
Dreamtime is still a small, family owned and operated business. Jordan runs it with his wife and their three kids, plus Oakley, the family labradoodle. They look forward to adding more destinations and unique stays around Oregon.
