After a 2+ year renovation, everything is brand new except the character: original brick walls, some of the original floor framing and historic windows restored by hand. The interiors reflect Eugene and the Market District in an artistic, creative style, and each suite is stocked with all the conveniences of home you need, and nothing you don’t.

At 5th and Willamette in the heart of the 5th Street Market District, steps from downtown Eugene.
Marche, Carlita’s, 5th Street Market, Nike, the river trails and Top Golf are all close, and so are the McDonald Theatre and Oakway Center. Everything from Autzen to Oakway is within about 2 miles, and an easy Uber or Lyft reaches most of Eugene and Springfield. Crater Lake National Park is about 2 hours 15 minutes away.
The Hult Center is 400 feet away. Autzen Stadium is a 1.2-mile walk, about 25 minutes, Matthew Knight Arena is 1.7 miles and Hayward Field is 2.2.
