Jordan designed and built this loft (Jordan Iverson Signature Homes) for anyone visiting Eugene. All of the living space sits up above two private garages, with its own bright yellow door, keypad entry and private stairs. No shared walls. Inside: soaring vaulted ceilings, a stocked kitchen, a bedroom that closes off with blackout shades, and a large balcony with a gas grill.

In Eugene’s Midtown, near downtown. Restaurants, breweries and cafes are a few blocks away along Willamette Street.
Walkable favorites: Vero and Meraki coffee, The Bier Stein, Falling Sky Brewery, Newman’s fish and chips, Sizzle Pie, BarTini, Killer Burger and McMenamins High Street. Grab an Uber or Lyft, or just walk or bike.
Autzen Stadium is a 1.9-mile walk, just under 45 minutes, and Hayward Field is 1.5 miles. Leave the car in your spot and walk or bike to the game.
