Sleeps 4: a queen bedroom with a Helix mattress and blackout blinds, plus a sleeper sofa.

A brand new luxury pre-fab home, thoughtfully designed with modern comforts. Immersed in nature, yet minutes from food, gas and shops. The TV tilts toward the sofa and even extends into the bedroom, and the dining table and chairs are light enough to carry out to the deck for late-night card games. It’s all yours: the home and the property.

It starts next to the fire pit and leads to a spot to sit or dip your toes in the river. No swimming.
